Tree House Creations Return and Cancellation Policy

Here at Tree House Creations LLC value your business and want to ensure your satisfaction. Our policy, outlined below, has been designed with our customers in mind.

1. Cancellation Policy for Services

For our studio time, media services, consulting, marketing, design, and assistance services, once a service is rendered, refunds are not possible. However, you may cancel your appointment under the following conditions:

• If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your appointment under 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of $15 per hour booked will be charged.
• If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of the service, a cancellation fee of $20 per hour booked will be charged.

In case of cancellations, we strive to offer flexibility. We'll review every case individually and may, at our discretion, offer options for rescheduling without forfeiting the cancellation fee. If a service has already been charged and the booking time has passed, the cancellation fees will be forfeited, and customers will need to rebook at full price.

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with any of our services, we will consider these on a case-by-case basis to determine the best course of action for customer satisfaction. However, refunds will still not be possible for services that have already been rendered.

2. Return Policy for Products

For any products, items, or prepaid services that are physically held by the customer, our policy is simple - you return the item, we return your money. This will be less any shipping costs or fees that we incur, which will not be refundable.

3. Policy Regarding We'll Do It LLC

We also offer services in partnership with We'll Do It LLC. Please note that we are not liable or responsible for any services provided by We'll Do It LLC to our clients. Any disputes or issues regarding their services or refunds will need to be resolved with We'll Do It LLC directly.

Changes to this Policy

Tree House Creations LLC reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy at any time and in any manner. Whenever we make changes to this policy, the changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
